Banana-Berry Frappe

A meal in itself, or simple snack, this high protein fruit frappe is the perfect substitute for fat-laden thick-shakes and offers a rich source of antioxidants, calcium, potassium, vitamin C and B-group vitamins.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • I cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup ice
  • 150ml skim milk

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender
  2. Use prunes or juice to sweeten to taste. Makes x 2 serves.
